The school celebrated Ashadhi Ekadashi on 16th July 2026 through a colourful and devotional Palkhi celebration for the pre-primary children.
Children dressed as Warkaris and important figures associated with the Warkari tradition, including Vitthal, Rukmini, Sant Tukaram and Sant Dnyaneshwar.
A slogan-making activity promoted environmental awareness, with messages such as “Save Trees, Save Lives.”
Children learnt about cleanliness, protecting nature, planting and caring for trees, and responsible citizenship.
A joyful Palkhi procession was conducted with devotional chanting and bhajans. Teaching and non-teaching staff participated along with the children.
The celebration successfully combined culture, spirituality, environmental awareness and experiential learning, creating memorable experiences for the children.
