The 79th Independence Day was celebrated at our school with immense zeal, patriotic fervour, and a deep sense of national pride. The campus was vibrant, reflecting the colours of the tricolour and the spirit of a developing India.
The programme commenced with the solemn Hoisting of the National Flag by our honourable Director of Education, Mrs. Neha Damle mam, and our respected Principal, Mrs. Nidhi Samant mam. This was followed by a soulful rendition of
the National Anthem, which filled the atmosphere with unity and devotion. The students across all sections participated enthusiastically to pay tribute to the nation.
Pre-Primary Section: Our youngest learners added immense charm to the occasion. Dressed in traditional attire representing various states, they showcased India’s rich cultural diversity through a “Fancy Dress” display. They spoke about different states and even showcased popular regional foods, winning the hearts of the audience.

Sr. KG Star: Represented South India
Primary Section: Students gave moving short speeches on the theme “Our Nation – India,” highlighting the importance of our freedom struggle and our duties as young citizens.
Secondary Section: The students of the 8th and 9th standards (Hope House) performed melodious patriotic songs that resonated throughout the campus.
A thought-provoking speech was delivered by Ms. Krutika Suryawanshi (5th Grade), which left the audience reflecting deeply on the core values of freedom and responsibility.
The celebrations concluded with a lively Pasaydan recital, filling the air with hope and blessings for the nation’s prosperity. To mark the sweetness of the occasion, sweets were distributed to all students, leaving everyone with smiles and a shared sense of joy.
The innovative activities performed by the pre-primary children and the disciplined performances by the seniors made this 15th August a truly memorable day for the entire school community.
