Teachers’ Day was celebrated with great joy and fervour at Maharashtriya Mandal’s English Medium School to mark the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. To experience the role of a teacher, senior students took classes for junior students. Handmade charts with quotes like “Thank You Teacher” and “We Love You Teacher” were displayed on the board to showcase the love for teachers, and different fun games were organized for them. The programme included: Welcome speech by the Head Girl, funny and
emotional chits from the fishpond for teachers, lovely speeches by the students for their respected teachers. Games for teachers like memory and guess game and funny dance arranged by the students. A beautiful video made by the students of Std. X about their journey and experiences since Std I. Our Educational Director Mrs.Neha Damle, Principal Mrs.Nidhi Samant and all teachers enjoyed the celebration with great happiness. The celebration ended with a vote of thanks by our Principal Mrs.Nidhi Samant, followed by a tasty breakfast for the teachers. It was a memorable day that strengthened the bond between teachers and students.
